Terms of Service.

These terms apply to MIVIDAS video-editing services. Each project is additionally governed by the written scope, quote and delivery terms agreed with the client.

Quotes and scope

Prices are provided after discussing the project. A quote should confirm the deliverables, timeline, number of included revisions, payment schedule and any third-party costs before production begins.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide material they have the right to use, clear instructions and feedback within the agreed review window. The client remains responsible for the accuracy, legal compliance and rights associated with their content, claims, music, footage and brand assets.

Revisions and delivery

Unless a project quote says otherwise, MIVIDAS includes two focused revision rounds. New concepts, substantial scope changes or additional versions may need a revised quote and delivery date.

Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed final deliverables. MIVIDAS retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates and working methods. Portfolio use of completed work requires client permission and respects any confidentiality agreement.

Availability and limitations

We aim for the delivery timelines stated in the project quote, including the typical 48–72 hour turnaround where applicable. Timelines depend on complete materials, client feedback and the agreed scope. We do not guarantee business, advertising or platform-performance outcomes.
