Refund Policy.

MIVIDAS provides custom creative services. Every project has its own written scope, and this policy sets the general process for cancellations, corrections and refund discussions.

Before work begins

If a client cancels before production begins, any refund or retained booking amount will be handled according to the written project quote and the work already performed to plan the project.

After work begins

Once editing, research, asset preparation or production has started, completed work and committed production time may not be refundable. We first aim to resolve a genuine delivery issue through the included revision process or another reasonable corrective step.

If a deliverable is not as agreed

Please contact us promptly with specific feedback and the relevant project details. If a deliverable is materially different from the agreed written scope, we will review the matter in good faith and discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include corrections, a partial credit or a refund where appropriate.

How to request help

Email team.mividas@gmail.com with your project name, invoice or payment reference, and a concise description of the issue. This policy does not limit any consumer rights available under applicable law.

For services sold digitally in India, clear and accurate terms about refunds, payment and delivery matter. Get legal review before taking online payments or making refund promises in advertising.
